How can I pay for my order?

• We accept Paypal account payments and all major credit cards through the Paypal payment system.  

Do I need a Paypal account to pay?

• You do not need a Paypal account to checkout or make a payment through the Paypal payment system.  
• You will have the option of entering your credit card info at the Paypal checkout page without signing up.

Is the Paypal payment system secure?

• Yes.  PayPal uses SSL technology and proprietary procedures to keep your information safe.

What is your policy on returns?

• Here at Splice, we want you to love what you order.  If you are not happy with your order, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.  Shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.
• All items returned must be in the original condition you received them in.  We do not accept returns on washed items.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of placing your order.  We do not accept refunds or exchanges after the 14 day period.
• Please email us at service@splicestyle.com with the following information:
  
  
  • your name;
  • your email;
  • your address;
  • order number and
  • the items that you are returning
  • whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit.
    

How do I become a Splice vendor?

• We are always looking for reputable retailers and distributors to distribute our products.
