  • Do you have your browser set to refuse cookies?  If so, that is why you are unable to use your promo code
  • ."Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your Internet browser on your computer's hard drive.

In Internet Explorer 4.0

  • Click on the "View" menu located on your toolbar. (This can be found at the top left hand corner of your screen). A drop-down box should appear.
  • Go to the bottom of the drop-down box and click on "Internet Options."
  • In the "Internet Options" box that opens up, find the word "Advanced" and click on it.
  • Scroll through the list of available options until you see the heading "Security" and then "Cookies" listed under it.
  • Click on the first circle that says "Always Accept Cookies."
  • Lastly, click "OK" in the brown "Internet Options" box. Your system is now set to accept cookies.

Internet Explorer(Version 5.0)

  • Click on "Tools" menu located on your toolbar. (This can be found at the top left hand corner of your screen). A drop-down box should appear.
  • Go to the bottom of the drop-down box and click on "Internet Options."
  • A box should appear. Click on the tab called "Security". It is the second tab from the left.
  • Go to the bottom and click on "Custom Level."
  • A "Security Box" should now appear.
  • With your mouse, scroll down to a section called "Cookies." Two subtitles should appear.
  • The first subtitle should read "Allow Cookies That Are Stored On Your Computer". Make sure that the circle beside "Enable" is dark. If not, click on the circle and it will become dark.
  • The second subtitle should read "Allow Per Session Cookies Not Stored." Make sure that the circle beside "Enable" is dark. If not, click on the circle and it will become dark.
  • Go to the bottom and click "OK."
  • A warning box will appear. Click "YES."

Internet Explorer (Version 6.0)

  • Click on "Tools" menu located on your toolbar. (This can be found at the top left hand corner of your screen). A drop-down box should appear.
  • Go to the bottom of the drop-down box and click on "Internet Options."
  • A box should appear. Click on the tab called "Privacy". It is the third tab from the left.
  • Set your Privacy Level to Medium or Medium-High."

In Netscape (Version4.6)

  • Click on the "Edit" button located on your toolbar. (This can be found on the top left corner of your screen). A drop-down box should appear.
  • Go to the bottom of the drop-down box and click on "Preferences."
  • In the "Preferences" box that opens up, go to the white area under the title category.
  • Now find the word "Advanced" and double click on it.
  • You should notice a box on the right hand side. Locate the section called "Cookies."
  • Click on the second circle that states "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server."
  • Go to the bottom of the box and click "OK." Your system is now set to accept cookies.

I have my browser set to accept cookies and my promo code still doesn't work?

  • If you have set your browser to accept cookies and are still experiencing problems with the promo code, you are probably experiencing a cache problem.
  • After you submitted your promo code, the display in your browser continues to show a page from your cached memory - which is basically a copy of our site saved on your hard drive last time you had browsed our site.
  • This problem can usually be solved by clicking on the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on the top navigation bar of your browser.
